In St. Petersburg, children with hearing impairments began to be treated with sports. A racket, a ball, and a court help to cope with the disease. They are not playing for ratings or the status of the first racket in the world; their goal is health. Reverses, crosses, winners, and backhands help these young players train the vestibular system, which is poorly developed in those with hearing impairments.
The project is currently a pilot planned for one year, but doctors are already seeing positive dynamics. They hope that the program will be successful and will finish with a score of 6:0 in favor of health.
